If the product is not delivered to you and we are unable to deliver it even after follow-up, then a full refund will be initiated.
Once a digital product has been delivered and accessed, no refund will be provided.

Service Charges – This is the amount you paid us for our service.
Ad Spend – This is the amount spent from your ad budget on advertising platforms
Please note:
We do not offer full refunds once the service has been initiated.
If eligible, refunds are calculated based on the portion of the service delivered and ad budget already spent.
Refunds are generally only considered if the service work has not yet started or only a small portion has been completed.
